2.38/169, UNC Chapel Hill Chances?
2.38/169, 5+ years entrepreneurial experience and very good PS and LoRs. They seem to dislike low GPAs, so I don't know if it would be worth the app fee.

I'm not sure that that GPA could be made tolerable even with a 192 LSAT.

Sorry, but UNC seems to really value the demonstrated seriousness of applicants, which unfortunately is deemed to be reflected by their GPAs.

UNC likes high GPA's. Standard advice, throw in your apps at UVA and Northwestern three weeks ago. With a GPA that low you would be very lucky to get a bite. Also, if you are a resident of NC, you might have a chance.

You've got a slim chance if you're a resident. If not, then I wouldn't bother sending in the app.

With a 169, no. Not happening.deadhipsters wrote:UNC likes high GPA's. Standard advice, throw in your apps at UVA and Northwestern three weeks ago. With a GPA that low you would be very lucky to get a bite. Also, if you are a resident of NC, you might have a chance.
OP, retake, get a 170+, ED to NW next cycle.

I don't think ED really means much. The dean even said that that they wouldn't admit anyone ED that they wouldn't admit as a regular applicant. Even if there is a de facto boost, it's probably very negligible.
And UNC's essay requirement is for the birds.
