The type of URM matters.

But Gtown is probably out.

URM: Latina

Softs: Some research publications, research ($$) awards and things.

Got fee waiver to UVA but I think it's a long shot.

Puerto Rican or Mexican? If not it doesn't matter much. I don't know why you are set against retaking. There is clearly a lot of money you may miss out on in both scholarships and potential income by not retaking. I know it sucks, but literally it could mean 100,000+ in the short term and millions in the long term.

As a previous it does not matter much unless you are Mexican or Puerto Rican. If you are not then I would say out at Gtown and GW and a shot at American. Even being either Mexican or Puerto Rican, I still say out at Gtown, a shot at GW, and a good shot at American.

I didn't think it mattered what type of URM as long as you check the Hispanic/Latino box if the school does not specify. I don't remember for sure but I want to say GW and American do not ask specifics on Latino/a heritage. I know GTown doesn't even have a box for ethnicity/race, period, so I made sure to include a DS for them.

I think there is more to this process than just LSAT scores. I could be wrong, but I'll definitely find out in the coming months.

Did you add an LSAT score addendum w/ a copy of your standardized test scores? I don't think we know enough to determine their impact, but in your case it would probably be beneficial.

I did explain the scores in an addendum. I didn't consider this previously, but maybe I should have an official copy of my scores sent to the schools? Not sure how much it is to have those sent these days though. I do have a copy of my SAT score on my HS transcript (not sure if they keep those on the record at the College Board that far back), and I have a GRE score copy.
