I agree that your diversity statement sounds very unique. You have pretty strong numbers for most of the T-14 below CCN. I think NYU you have a shot with an ED and maybe even RD (I hope so at least, since I have a 3.61/173 :) ). Big splitter so early application would be very beneficial. Best of luck!

You might get CCN with an ED. Probably not otherwise. Money at some of MVP (I would guess M).

In a word, Yes. However, I don't think it is a sure thing since most west coast schools, including USC, put a greater emphasis on GPA than LSAT.

despite the weight on gpa and such, i think ur in a good position to get some serious $ at USC. i dont think CCN will happen, even w/ ED. ull prolly get in at least one of MVP, but an ED would prolly secure the one u want if thats the route u wanted to take.

How about Cornell? I already sent my app in (Early Action) I know I'm well above their median for LSATs but around the 25th percentile for GPA... what are my chances there and if I do get in do you think $$$ is possible?

An Ivy League legal education would be nice!!

I would be surprised to see you not get into Cornell with some money. That said, I'm no expert on Cornell, so maybe someone else can provide some more informed insight on this subject.

Sorry, I really meant the second C or N. Columbia is incredibly unlikely.

Pretty good. Probably won't get money. ED would make you close to a sure thing.

Without it, you run the risk of a Waitlist - but Penn is just very WL happy overall. If you would rather go to Penn than Chicago, and about the same as NYU, then I would suggest ED-ing. Otherwise, it comes down to your own personal preferences. You'll get at least one of MVP.

You're probably 50/50 for each of Chicago, NYU, and Penn, so just ED to your favorite of the 3.

Yeah 50/50 without ED, better than 50% with ED

For Penn do you think writing all 3 optional essays is important?

important for RD to show interest, not important for ED since you're committed to attend
