Re: 3.41/ 155 cuban BLS?
Thanks for the help, I appreciate it. I'm considering retaking, but don't think I can fit it in with my current job.

Re: 3.41/ 155 cuban BLS?
I would say that your chances are as follows ...
20% at BLS
30% at Cardozo
40% at St. John's (possibly 50% if you ED)
50% at Rutgers
50% at Seton Hall
60% at Syracuse
If I were you I'd retake the LSAT in December and try to raise your score; if you can land a 160 your chances will increase significantly. If not, you better right one heck of a personal statement!

Ummmm, no?
First off, SJLS does not have an ED option.
Second, LSP has less than 10% chance for BLS and Cardozo, not sure where you got 20 and 30% from.
If you are dead set on attending BLS, then retake in December and apply PT. If you can manage a 3 point increase, your chances of getting into the PT program are 50%, and 30% for the FT program.
