Chances at SMU? Houston?

Is it worth it to apply to both the full-time and part-time program or should I just apply to full-time?

Also, I'm a Texas resident and am re-taking the LSAT in December (got the 164 in October but it was below my PT avg). Do you think I should add an addendum telling them I'm retaking it?
