What are my ED chances at both Penn and georgetown?
3.7, 169. straight out of undergrad

Below both medians at Penn (I think), so that looks unlikely. You have a chance at G-town and at Michigan.

You'll should get into Michigan. And I would definitely attend Michigan over GTown anyways.

With ED to either (whichever you like best) I think you have a good chance.
