LSP says I'm admit straight up at michigan, strong consider at penn, but LSN shows that's not true...
What do you guys think? i'm non-urm, 1 year out of ls, nothing special softs-wise, first try cancel second 170, this time 172. planning on having everything sent in before thanksgiving.
i'd be ecstatic to get in one of the following four: Columbia, NYU, penn, michigan.
ED advice?

I'd say 20% at Columbia and 40% at each of NYU, Penn, and Michigan. I would ED to your favorite of the latter 3.
