I'd like to stay in Michigan and practice in Grand Rapids but refuse to go to Cooley in GR, my alternative... MSU. What are my odds of acceptance.

Attended Grand Valley State University (State university in Grand Rapids)
BA: Polisci, Criminal Justice
Emphasis - Chinese.

Work experience: Undergrad Assistant for CJ Department Professors, 3+ years in a supervisor position in university admissions office, and Librarian assistant.

I'm aware double majors and soft work experience are minimal factors, but it's better than having worked at a campus mess hall for 3 years.

You'll get in, but I wouldn't go unless it's free or close to it.

I wouldn't go even with a full ride. Although I can understand wanting to go/work somewhere, your scores are good enough for some TT schools. Have you thought about a dec retake and going to the better school in the region? I'm just saying this because a TTT is going to be difficult to overcome even in four years, and then you would have just worked your ass off during LS for minimal job prospects.
