I am from North Dakota, and I would kind of like the be able to stay in the upper midwest. Should I apply to Wisconsin or Marquette too? Iowa?

North Dakota is probably the only school out of all of those worth going to. As long as you're cool with working in North Dakota. I'd retake.

North Dakota or Minnesota are the only schools worth the price.

I would be interested to hear what OP ended up doing. Maybe he is a frequent poster on JDunderground.com after the end of these 3 years.

As a Minnesotan, I approve. This is probably the only way there will be more MN threads active in this board. :P
