Grew up incredibly poor and living 'underground' due to father being wanted by the FBI when I was very young (no fault of mine, just adding it in case it helps on personal statement)

I'm only applying to University of Houston. I realize my numbers suck and I am planning on retaking the LSAT with hopes of something more like mid 160s, but that's neither here nor there at this moment.

U of H is important to me because as a state school I should be eligible for the Hazelwood Act rendering tuition free.

Any chance with numbers as they stand or am I auto-retake?
