Top Law Schools

I got a 167 on October's test and 162 on June's. My LSAC gpa is close to a 4.1. What are my chances for top 20?
-Non-urm
-Decent softs: student organization leadership roles, 15+hr/week job as leasing agent, and anticipating very good LORs
-Is the 162 in June going to hurt?
-I'm from St. Louis and would love to go to WUSTL with $$. (also very interested in UCLA, Michigan, and possibly Boalt)

I think you have great chance at Mich and Berk, I'd ED to Mich. But if you want money, you should receive decent offers below T14. But it's probably worth it to go to M/B

i dono if that would be wise. You will prob get some cash at vandy or usc/ucla. Apply to everything CCN and below. Blanket the T14. Maybe do ED at michshitgan.

If you are risk adverse and dont want a lot of debt. Apply to vandy/ucla/usc/wustl see what scholarship money is out there.

I think it is a smarter investment going to michshitgan at sticker than going to wustl at half scholarship or 2/3.

Is it worth a retake (for 3rd time)? I was hitting 171-173 inconsistently... 167 was at the low end of my PTs.
