chances at American U ED? 159/3.54
American U is my #1 choice so I am applying ED.
I just received my LSAT score of 159, which is not too great, but still in their range. My undergraduate GPA is a 3.67 from Baylor University but my LSAC GPA is a 3.54.
I have really great softs and recommendations. I am a Truman Scholarship Finalist, Founder and President of the human rights (IJM) campus chapter at Baylor, and am presenting my undergraduate research at a Yale conference next month. I have had 2 Department of State Internships and am being published in a Baylor collection of essays about student leaders.
Any feedback??

Wow, you really botched the LSAT. Sorry.

IJMer, you should definitely still apply since your LSAT is in their range and your GPA is above their range. Don't let arrogant jerks get you down, you know the best law school for you.

LOL @ Columbia Law's post. He was trying to troll you, but he didn't bother to see that you were well within American's range.
Grats at getting in to American! The only reason I didn't apply was the enormous price tag. I'm sure this is less of a problem for others.

Lol, this dude comes off as such a jerkoff in all his posts. This dude is definitely the biggest herb in real life. Bro, noone cares you're at Columbia, good for you, you're probably smart, however, you are probably ugly and get no cutty. Enjoy Big Law and no pussy.
Anyway, OP congrats bro, you just owned Columbia Law. Enjoy DC, it's a great city.

Actually I'm pretty sure Columbia struck out at OCI and didn't land a BigLaw job - I guess his charming personality wasn't enough to carry him. It's probably why he spends so much time trying to put down people who didn't go to a school as good as his.

Karma I guess. He probably still has his daddy on the backburner for employment anyway. His family is obliged to put up with his "charm".
