I need advice.
I just graduated from a tier 1 collge and i have a gpa of 2.67. i took the lsat in feb and got a 140.(sucks i know) but since august i have been studying non stop and i took a class for the lsat. as of right now im score 153-155.... but i really wann to get a 160-162 to make up for my gpa. Im signed up for the October test, and i really want to take it, because i have been working so hard! but since im scoring so low is it even worth it?
is it bad to have 3 lsat score on your applications?
Just a little background check, i am an international student, grew up in central america and came to the states for college, so reading comp is basically what killing me..
any info will be helpful...
thanks

Is going to law school very important to you?
If you're having so much trouble with reading comp, you're likely to have trouble in law school as well.
Also, you'll most likely be better off not going to a school that would accept you with 2.67 and 155.

yes, other than the fact that im first generation college student in my family, its what i want to do for graduate school. Theres nothing else that intrests me. Yeah it seems like i should probably go some other way, but going to law school in the states is basically my dream. Yes language is the problem, but if i work hard i know that ill be an extremley good lawyer.
So do you think yes or no to the lsat in october?

Testing at a 155? No. If you can raise that score substantially by December you can take it then, or even later if necessary. If law school is truly your dream than the LSAT is the most important test for you, and considering your currently abysmal score you should be prepared to dump a lot of time into improving. Study for as long as it takes you to get into the mid 160s, even if that means you take the test NEXT December.
