3.6 GPA 162 LSAT Fordham Part Time
What are my chances with 1 year of legal work experience? Do they really care all that much about the amount of WE? I think my numbers are pretty much at their medians.

Sorry, you really have no chance. You have a low GPA for Fordham's new numbers and a pretty low lsat for Fordham. My bro got waitlisted with a 3.9/164. I would retake and get 165 or enjoy a 75% scholarship to St. Johns

Extremely unlikely unless you're a URM. Almost everyone in the PT division has legal experience, and at least half of them paralegaled.
PT standards = FT standards now. Get your LSAT up to 166 and you have at least a 50/50 chance, 167 and you should be in. But 162 is far too low with your GPA. You must retake.
Take a look at LSN for last year's cycle. Notice an incredibly low amount of outliers left of the 166 wall with GPAs similar to yours.

Does this mean the stats on the fordham website are outdated? Just checked and it says the median lsat is 163 and gpa is at 3.42.

Cut part time program in half so (even though I know the calculus isn't this simple) but the 163 would be around the new 25%tile.

You're right about the medians, but notice the applicant profile.

with all due respect... you are using data that reflects the entirety of the applicant pool - so im not sure how you jumped to the conclusion that a 163 reflects 25%, but I may have simply misread
my roommate applied to part-time program, no legal experience - accounting, with a 3.3 from BC business school UG and a 161 and was waitlisted
