You should apply to all of the t14 schools.

Maybe except for HYS....but since you are a URM, with those numbers you should get into at least a few of the t14.

So let me get this straight: you're a 169/3.4 URM with solid work experience?

...apply to all of the T14.

Thanks. Do law schools put alot of weight on work experience?

Yea. But probably not as much as the URM :P

EDIT: And by yea. I mean its a great soft to have. The amount that softs actually matter is probably pretty small in comparison to your numbers.
