Retaking in October but was trying to figure out schools now just in case I cancel or it's not much higher. Thinking UC Davis/Hastings, Tulane, Miami, Emory, GW, UNC ... I know i'll get waitlisted at alot of places but how does this list look and what other T30's do I have shot at?

I'd try these:

Reach - Washington U (MO) 29* 3.30-3.80 161-168 10.7

you are just below their 25th% for LSAT and above 75th% for GPA

same with William & Mary

Illinois, Minesota, North Carolina, U Washington,

definitely retake - but if you don't do better apply broadly - T30 will be tough but with your GPA at an Ivy I gotta believe you'll get at least a couple of acceptances if not several - just hard to predict which ones

Are you in-state at W & M, Illinois, or UNC? I know at UNC being in-state is a big boost. If you're out of state you it's a major reach with your numbers.

The fact you've Ivy won't make any difference with top schools, but with lower ranked schools it might help a little so they can brag they have someone from your school (at T30 they already will have someone from your school with a higher LSAT so won't make a difference).

You'll get into Tulane -- don't know if you'll get any money though.

Probably dinged at Wash U.

What's your in-state flagship school? With those numbers its likely your best bet.

I wouldn't count on Tulane for the OP though. If our medians increase from 3.61/162 (class of 2012), the OP will likely be waitlisted (especially if the 25th percentile lsat increases from the class of 2012 [160]).

OP: where do you want to work?

What does OP mean? Have in-state residence in New York for previous question - would work in NY, LA, New Orleans.

you must retake. You have an awesome GPA from and IVY but a laughable LSAT. Please retake and apply to some better ranked schools.
