you have about a 1/7 shot at yale and stanford.

i'll make another post later regarding scholly money.

Why are NYU and Penn safeties over MV?
b/c michigan and uva yield protect those with OP's stats. it's very important that OP not rely on them as safeties.

I thought Penn YP'ed more than M on those stats.

not those particular stats. penn accepted over 90% while michigan 50%.

Op, you have good numbers for your west coast schools.

The biggest advice I can give is: apply early. Look at LSN, people with iffy numbers were MUCH more likely at both S and B to be admitted if they applied in Sept/Oct.

My advice for Stanford: if you have a good relationship with whoever is writing your letter of recommendation, explain (in person or in a short letter/email) how much you want to go to Stanford and why. Then ask them to write a targeted letter. I had much worse stats than you and I was WL.

Berkeley: You have good stats for Berkeley but they are notoriously tricky. I was a straight reject because I did not have a addendum explaining an LSAT cancellation. (At least I'm pretty sure that's it. I had a very successful application to ever other school, but Berkeley dinged me in like three days. Later I read online somewhere the Dean specifically mentioned that this would be looked on negatively.) Anyway, just read everything, there is quite a bit online, about what Berkeley is looking for in an applicant and then tailor your app to that.
