Decent. U. Chi. has a smaller class though so it may be harder to get in with low numbers than NYU.
But if you have your heart set on U. Chi you should go for it.
Searched LSN for you:
In with similar numbers to you no ED:
http://lawschoolnumbers.com/kb84 (she got $140,000 to NYU, which leads me to believe she must have unbelievable softs; non-urm)
http://lawschoolnumbers.com/hamsterwheel
http://lawschoolnumbers.com/parker09
http://lawschoolnumbers.com/CJCregg
http://lawschoolnumbers.com/EigenvalueA
http://lawschoolnumbers.com/taxman021
ED'd and got in with similar numbers:
http://lawschoolnumbers.com/gotmilk (a decently lower GPA than you too)
I had to sift through a numbers of rejections, but people get in there with your numbers, so an ED can only help. It boosts you from a longshot to a somewhat decent shot i'd guestimate.

If you have any types of softs and a strong UG school, I give you a 75% of being accepted ED.
If you do not have the above, I still give you above a 50% chance of being accepted ED.
Good luck!!

From checking out LSN, I would say these are a bit high. I would bump each category down a good 25%. 169 is 2 below Chicago's median, at their 25th.

I have a double major and should get really good recommendations, other than that my softs are non-existant but I have a legitimate reason for that which I may mentioned in my personal statement.

I looked at LawSchoolPredictor has OP at 60% w/o ED and 69%+ with ED (not an exact number but it goes from a "consider" to a "not consider".
However, Knock is probably right because I checked LSN (I know this is self-selected) with LSAT of 169 and GPA above 3.9 and only about a third of them were admitted (none of them EDed though).
While these websites are not perfect, my percentages may have been slightly optimistic. With this new information I agree with Knock.
