I go to a T3 and some of my classmates were able to transfer to Columbia, Michigan, and Georgetown.

Top 1% would give you a very good chance for T14, but top 5%+ with good softs would also make you competitive.

Harvard is a no go however, as they take LSAT and UGPA into account, and almost never take low T2's nevertheless T3's.
Yale could be a possibility if you have really really really really amazing softs and you are first in your class.

Hypothetically, the sky's the limit. In reality, you have a slim shot at being able to transfer anywhere. If you don't want to graduate from your T3 school then you shouldn't go to your T3 school.

This is untrue. However, Harvard is still probably out for OP on account of them having so many qualified applicants from T1 and T2 schools that they rarely if ever dip down into the T3s.
OP can probably transfer up into the T14 if he makes top 1-2%, and into the T1 from top 5%. The odds of success there are, obviously, rather small. 98% of people at any given school will fail to make the top 2% for obvious reasons.
OP, good luck. You're going to need it.
