165/3.95 Retake LSAT?

Hi Everyone,

I have a 3.95 from James Madison University and a 165 LSAT. I have good softs (I think). Worked 3 years as a youth programs director on an Indian Reservation in one of the five poorest counties of the US. Lots of volunteer work, political involvement at the county and state levels, good references, good personal statement, etc. . .

I'm looking at:

George Mason
William and Mary
George Washington
UVA (I'm a VA resident)
Georgetown
NYU

I listed these schools from easiest to hardest in my opinion. I believe that Georgetown and NYU would be major long shots at best for me. I need to decide whether or not to retake the LSATs in October.

I want to be a criminal prosecutor. Any advice is welcome.

Thanks!

No predictions, advice?

Ok so specific question:

Do I even have a chance at UVA, Georgetown, NYU, or should retake if I decide I really want to go to one of these?

I've also heard ED at UVA helps--would my numbers and the fact that I am a VA resident give me a shot in that case?

Thanks!!!

Retake if you think you can do better. ED to VA otherwise.
