Where should I apply? How much financial assistance could I get? Double major in two humanities at what basically amounts to a low tier public university. Next to no extra curricular activities due to family obligations, good relationships with multiple professors. Any feedback I could get would be much appreciated.

Michigan, Virginia, Penn. Can try ED to NYU and you stand a good chance.
