Transfer #'s

Going to be starting school at Rutgers Camden this fall. I really love the school and the Philly area, and have no problems with graduating from Rutgers, but, lets say I am in the top 1%, top 5%, top 10%, or top 20% of my first year class. Which schools do you think I could have a chance of transferring into?
Top 1%?
Top 5%?
Top 10%?
Top 20%?

Just take a look at the Yahoo database and or Arrow's transfer post if you are curious. Both are pretty dang accurate IMO. Just plug in random t2 school and look for the percentages.
