Posting on my girlfriend's account.

My LSAT scores were a 163 and a 167, but Maine views it as a 165 since they average. My UGPA is a 2.4, which I wrote an addendum for. (I had open heart surgery the summer before my 1st year of school and reoccurring Endocarditis during my 1st and 2nd years of school.)

My girlfriend was admitted a month ago today, and we went complete only a week apart. I felt pretty confident about my chances at Maine, but now I'm starting to wonder.

Is not hearing back from them by now a bad sign?

I wouldn't worry yet, the issue isn't how far apart you both went complete, but rather when she went under review vs. when you did, or if you have yet. If the adcom met right after recieving hers, then they would have made a decision a month ago, and they may not have met again yet, and therefore, won't have a decision sent on yours yet.

If it makes you feel any better I got in with 160/2.68, some good soft factors but nothing crazy. I did initiate an interview at the school though, so if possible I'd recommend doing the same.
