Seems your softs are somewhere between unremarkable to slightly above average. Most schools don't care about masters degrees or a few years of work. The hard truth is your numbers mean most everything. Some may disagree but it's what I have witnessed.

Harsh but probably true- this is what I've heard from my undergrad profs and others. Just hoping against the odds, I suppose- I hope that among comparable students the degree and stuff will help anyway. Thanks.

Your softs seem pretty solid for the schools you applied to. IMO you have a solid shot at all three, with the best shot (perhaps better than 50/50) at Northwestern. Did you elect to do an on-campus interview at NW?

Thanks for your response (and I hope you're right). I can't do on-campus because I live in Europe- I have an off-campus interview next week. Is it better to do on-campus?
