USC has admitted students "tour days" on February 21st, March 7th, March 14th, and April 4th, and a "USC Law Day" (which I think is the more official ASD) on April 18th.
$400 out of state airfare, and $200 for in-state, plus they'll cover one night at the Radisson if you go for the law day, but not for any of the tour days. Also none of this is guaranteed, you have to submit an application for it (but the application is very quick.)

Also, note that you have to book THROUGH THEIR TRAVEL AGENT. DO NOT BOOK IN ADVANCE (like I may have done...) they will not reimburse you.

Chicago dates are wrong. It's April 10-12, not 11-13.

NYU does offer a stipend. My stipend request was rejected, but I could have gotten over $200 if accepted. Info on how to apply is in the NYU c/o 2017 thread.

Stanford is not completely accurate. It's April 4-7, but April 4 is the minority preview not April 3.

Columbia's was not complicated at all. I requested a stipend, and they sent me a form to fill out- the same day I received approval. Friendly, simple, awesome.

From the document, the two requirements are:

-Need to fly to visit Chicago
-Traveling a distance greater than 600 miles each way

Don't know about a stipend, though.

Penn has travel reimbursement for up to $100 if traveling within the Northeast, $200 for everywhere else. You must prove "an uncommonly demanding financial burden."

Probably a stupid question but is it possible that not attending ASWs will result in lower scholarships? (i.e. not enough interest in the school)

I highly doubt it. Scholarships are usually given out before ASW's, and I can't imagine they'd penalize accepted students who actually can't attend the ASW (ie if you have a wedding to go to, family commitments, etc.).

If your travel is getting reimbursed, when do schools actually go about reimbursing your monies? Probably after the ASW, correct?

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
