The cases are not the same - they're picked by the prof. Last year Ferguson did Palsgraf - is he doing it again this year?

Also, I know you guys were half-joking, but these mock classes are super non-intense. You should probably do the reading just because you'll get more out of it and otherwise you'll just be lost for 45 minutes, but it's all volunteer and the questioning is not bad.

Seriously, don't sweat these mock classes! You should read/skim the case just so you can follow along in the mock class, but you don't need to anything more than that. The mock classes are really laid-back... you won't get grilled.

Figure pants + shirt + layering sweater + a light/medium jacket. You may not need the sweater or the jacket, but at least you'll have them.
