Any school with a large Greek scene will be "fratty," no matter what the law school is like.

Pretty much any midwestern or southern state school would be "fratty" (source: midwestern state school frat guy). Law schools in general, other than the UC schools, are all filled with preppy types- that's just a type of person the law attracts.
