I just got a WL e-mail from Hastings.

Not gonna lie, with some of the numbers being tossed out the window for UCH/UCD, I was fearing a strait rejection.

I sent the app in right before the ED deadline, but one of my LOR writers got their letter in late, so I think I went complete in late December, got deferred to RD.

Just got waitlisted via email too. 164/3.25 Complete back in early November. Originally applied EC but was deferred.

Anyone have advice on actions to take at this point? LOCI?

I'm really hoping for UCH or UCD so I'll definitely be waiting this one out.

they can use yours too! but that's 2 3.6 or higher GPA that they just waitlisted... maybe they already accepted a lot of high GPA applicants and are waiting to see if they throw down deposit?

lol. most schools are looking for reverse splitters now, since they accepted splitters early on...

Equally jealous of y'all. Still waiting to hear from Hastings, been complete since late Jan, though I think they were waiting for my Feb LSAT.

From the sounds of the WLs, they are still churning out decisions though.

actually churning out WLs means that they accepted enough people that if everyone they wanted threw down deposits, they wouldn't need to even look at the WLs.... its a bad sign this late in the cycle...

so according to LSN... hastings stopped accepting people on the 13th of march (not counting waitlisted then accepted). that sucks... it was all rejections/waitlists after that pretty much. one URM/outlier acceptance on the 28th....
