asked them if they needed anything since its been so long. all they said was that they will try to make all decisions by end of May and to keep waiting.... my file is complete... i'll be holding off on the LOCI until i get waitlisted.

In the email I got saying I was complete they asked to not contact them and to not submit additional materials...so I just assumed inquiring was a no no?

are you talking about the first complete email you get within a week after applying? or this is an email you got after inquiring about your status?

Think that's bad enough? Wait until they start WLing a bunch of us. I've heard stories of people getting accepted 2 weeks after they started class at another school. Imagine all the trouble and hassle associated with telling your roommates/landlord that you have to ditch them, footing moving costs, and finding an apartment in due time at that other school. I'm not sure whether classes had already started at that other school but if they did in my case, I'd start bit***** to the Dean about how I've been put behind the rest of the pack by their incompetence.


EDIT: On a more positive note, do any of you guys who have April 1st deposit deadlines have any contingency plans?

i think reserving multiple seats with nonrefundable deposits is just part of the game (if you're still waiting to hear).

So what now? Think we should reserve seats at lower ranked schools so we can stall until May?
