I'm not UR - but - my status did change from only FT to BOTH. This is per my request to be considered for both. If anything it shows they are still keeping the status check up to date.

Really hope to hear some good news tomorrow!

Accepted this afternoon off WL to FT program. Will withdraw from Cornell in the morning. Very excited to join c/o 2013!

$200 of it is refundable, so I'm actually only giving up $500. No, GULC didn't offer me money, but $500 is the tiniest of fractions of my overall law school cost. Regardless, I'd rather be where I want to be and $500 poorer than be where I don't want to be and $500 richer.

so there was only one person taken off the wait list yesterday that we know of? does that mean more decisions may be coming out today?

Beats me. I think that just tells us that one person we know of got an offer. They may have made all their offers yesterday (example: seven of them), but only one of them hangs out on TLS...

My guess is we'll all get cryptic variations of an email update at 5 or 6 pm today and then acceptances will trickle in throughout the week.... Just a guess though.

Hey summerlaw, long time no mutual complain about GULC!

Yes, the respectful updates with varying levels of grim outlook. I'm gonna hang on, though. They're the one school WL I'll hold on to until mid-August.

No, we will.

At 5:06 pm is when I will receive mine.

I wonder what the purpose of their twitter account is, if working on the waitlist is the distraction. Are there people out there, not currently on the GULC waitlist(s), who need to know what's going on in their Admissions office?
