Based on your question, I'm not sure which answer you need: who's on the waiting list, or who has been contacted of late to be told they are still on the list. The former is not necessarily the latter, as I understand it.MissLucky wrote:+1. VERY interested in this as well.lawapps0502 wrote:does anyone have a sense of how many people are still on the wait list at this point (i.e. been told by someone in the admissions office?
I am on the PWL, and my original email says that if they want to admit me, they will contact me. However, unlike UVA (whose Waitlist FAQ page suggests that at some later date they actually email WLers to let them know they have been "released" from their WL), I don't think Georgetown does the same. Please correct me if I'm wrong, anyone. My assumption is that lack of contact=still on the list.
As to the first part of your question, I would for sure like to know how many people remain on the waitlist(s). I imagine that by the end of the month, post-seat deposits and scholly decisions, a good chunk will have left for greener (Top-14) pastures, and we know a select group of SPWL's have already been offered admission. I would love to get my hands on some stats to chew on!
