Mine changed on 1/14/10. Has anyone else's checker changed, and shortly after you heard back?

Not really. I called Admissions, and they said the date change was an internal date change (not sure what that means, but maybe it means they pulled up your record on the date, or touched something on your record... I have the same date of 1/5).

In at USF via e-mail this morning.

Complete on 1/20, decision rendered 1/22 (saw on status checker), and got an e-mail this morning 1/25 saying "congratulations, you've been offered admission".

No scholarship info in the e-mail, but it says to look for a packet in the mail with information.

I live in downtown SF, and USF (depending on $ and the rest of my apps) is pretty high on my list for a number of reason, so I definitely think I'll take advantage of it.

With the sticker shock for debt I'm developing, I need to get my feet inside of a school and remind myself how much I want this education.

Did the packet in the mail include any mention of scholarship?

I should hopefully get that in the mail today or tomorrow, so I'll take a look through it and see if there is any mention.

Well I'm screwed.

In today, though, via E-mail. We'll see what the packet brings but I'd imagine nada money-wise. I think I need to just accept debt into my life, like I would an obnoxious neighbor or the entire month of February in northern PA. Stuck. With it.

It could just be that they won't send out scholarship information for a while.

If you look at last year's cycle, there were a fair amount of ~$18k scholarships in the low-mid 160's.

Congrats to everyone who gotten in. I suggest you all check out the school and every school you're thinking about. Being happy somewhere for 3 years is just as important as the money you take out to be there.

Communicate now with those who not only know what a legal education is, but can offer you worthy advice and commentary as you complete the three most educational, yet challenging years of your law related post graduate life.

I'm a little weirded out...not a big deal, but I had DR on Friday, acceptance e-mail this morning, and no packet in the mail today.

...I live in downtown San Francisco...

...USD went DR the same day, and I just got USD's packet...

Oh well, I guess I have to wait until tomorrow on da $ from USF (potentially but really hopefully).

Scholarship offer in the mail today. $26,000 first year only, non renewable.

Nice offer, but I don't know if its worth paying sticker for the 2nd and 3rd year when I'm more of a SoCal person anyway
