First acceptance, feels good.

You will get a full scholarship, and can negotiate for a stipend...

predict me too!

But not $1.99 a minute... and without the FTC charges.
If Brooklyn gave me what was predicted for dreman I'd be there in a New York minute =D

I submitted by application to Brooklyn, but I am still waiting for the Dean's certification. How long does Brooklyn typically take to reach a decision? Thanks.

I submitted my application around 11/1 and am still waiting for a decision. So, make yourself cozy for the wait.

That is what I figured. According to earlier posts, it seems like some people received extremely fast decisions.

I know mine did not get sent out yet (that is why I am not worried). I just wanted to know what the typical wait was like. I saw earlier that some people got very quick responses.

There isn't a separate app for scholarships, is there?

A part of me wants to ask more about negotiating into a 5g stipend as I would love to do the same.

But the Ranger emblem just makes me want to sigh, give a blah to torts, and still admit I love avery even if he is a bit castrated.

I am sitting here with the acceptance package and it truly is the size of a textbook.

Did anyone else get a phone call from a current student?

I got a mail notice yesterday, asking to pick up a certified letter with return receipt from the post office. The mailman wrote "11021" (zip code of Brooklyn Law) in the "sender" section. But here's the kicker: I did not apply to Brooklyn.

Does Brooklyn send solicitations in such fashion? Or is it likely something else (about which I have no idea at this point)?

Is that the zip code for the Kings County SC? Or the public defender's office? They're right across the street. Perhaps you're a party in a case.

Well don't freak out until you see what it is... and when you do find out, let me know! I'm curious.

What about a note scrawled on the back of the letter from the dean suggesting you 'meet up?'
And does that actually mean he wants to meet up? Or does that just mean he wants me to go to one of the admitted students days?

Same message. Nothing particulary personal about it. I would imagine he is talking about an accepted students day.
