Vermont Law School Green Room
As the top school for environmental law, I thought VLS should have a message board of its own.

Im interested in going into environmental law and applied to Lewis & Clark along with a few other nationally recognized schools in the environmental field. Do you have any information about Vermont Law School? I would be interested in learning more about the school...

Waiting anxiously on a response from Vermont!
I think I'll get in, but I'd really like them to give me some money...
Also very interested in environmental and also applying to Lewis & Clark.
Good luck, all!

To those who have been accepted: did your status checker change to "in committee" or something similar?
Mine has been "complete" for quite a while...wondering if I should expect to be in committee or something for a while before getting a decision.
Also, was there scholarship information included?
Thanks!

looking at applying to VLS. I'm from Vermont, and my house is located in Randolph 15 minutes from SORO. So just a question to everyone, what made them apply to VLS, and what are they hoping to do afterwards? I've noticed alums have gotten job offers from DC firms which is very appealing to me. anyways, just thought i'd say hello, take care!

Re: Vermont Law School Green Room
I applied because of their excellent environmental law program, decent national presence, and preparation for a career in international environmental law, which is the field I am interested in. I talked to a VLS alum working at Commerce and talked to the VLS rep at the UC Irvine law school fair. Both experiences got me excited at the opportunities available at VLS.

Re: Vermont Law School Green Room
Anyone receive any scholarship info? Only 2 up on LSN so far - one with a sky high LSAT and full ride and the other with a pretty mediocre LSAT and 5K a year. I guess packages really won't arrive until today so maybe the scholly info came with the snail mail acceptance letter and people just haven't updated? Here's to wishful thinking
