what were your stats if you don't mind me asking and did your status checker update? Sorry about the rejection man, that sucks, but some school will pull through for you!

3.3/161 - Completed 10/27/2009.

Yea my status checker updated on 1/4/2010 with this crap.

You should expect to receive a decision letter in the mail in two to four weeks. Please note that applicants' requests for decisions via phone or e-mail will not be met.

If you have not received your decision in the mail within four weeks, please feel free to contact us.

Thank you for your interest in George Mason Law and your patience throughout the application process.

AWESOME 6/8 REJECTIONS SO FAR ON MY FIRST BATCH OF APPS. GOD DAMN.....

I'm right there with you man! It sucks, but something will pull through for you! You might wanna try Maryland if you are interested in the DC area.

163/3.45; received waitlist letter on 1/10, came in letter sized envelope and also had postcard to send back with your waitlist preference (day, evening, or both)

I guess that means if you haven't gotten a phone call you are W/Led or dinged. :(

From the looks of it, apparently those of us who don't have a 164 are SOL, at least for today.

Congrats to everyone who received acceptance calls today!!!

Do ya'll think this means that GMU sends out decisions in waves? If so, I certainly hope I'm not in the next batch...

I got the 2-4 weeks notification on Friday. How long does it actually take to get the letter? 2-4 weeks seems ridiculous.

GMU called my house, but I wasn't here to answer. They left no message... I'm guessing it was to accept me??? Who doesn't leave messages?!

George Mason accepted me via voicemail today even though I sent a notification of withdrawal about two months ago. I thought I got a response from their Office of Admissions saying they received the withdrawal. Should I e-mail them again as a matter of courtesy?

I am not sure about this b/c I got my acceptance call sometime around 1 pm while my last name is at the beginning of of the alphabet. I remember that someone with last name "M" recieved his/her call before me on that day.

Maybe the list was split up amongst different people. I only know that one person was told that they were called a day late because their name was late in the alphabet.

How weird is this, I received my decision in the mail before it was even updated on their status checker (checker is still blank).

Phone calls aside, can anyone say techno-fail @ GMU?

Waitlisted... got the letter in the mail today. No update on the status checker.

I'm bummed because I expected an acceptance, but don't care too much because it was unlikely I would have attended anyway.

How did you get rejected with a 3.9 and 167? something is off there... either you are lying or they are on crack.
