haha! I got the phone call a while ago and today when I went to check my mail I received someone else's acceptance! It is some dude from Maryland. He probably has mine as well. I'll call the school on Monday and let them know about this. I withdrew anyway.

Dear George Mason,

I already withdrew. So I can speak openly about you now. I applied for a full time spot in your class, and when I was accepted to the full time program last week I was thrilled. However, you can imagine my displeasure when I found that in my letter you

1. Spelled my name wrong in the email response to my concerns about 2, 3, and 4.
2. Accepted me to the part time program that I did not apply to.
3. Addressed my letter to another person.
4. Mailed their letter to my house.

OMG this is hilarious!!! Someone needs to call the admissions office and ask what's up (not me haven't been accepted/WL/rejected yet). I smell of a GT conspiracy again!

I applied to the Regular program. I went complete on 11/13; got the phone call on 12/22 and the package was in my mailbox on 12/24. The lady who gave me the news said that I would get the package the following week. So, I was suprised to have it before the Christmas.

I think it's too early to count yourself out, they've only sent out 2 waves of acceptances, and based on the graph at LSN, it appears that they're looking at 164s right now, or a 163 if your GPA is 3.8+. This does not mean, of course, that they won't take someone with your numbers later in the process. I wouldn't get too worked up.

I think you should be fine. i went complete 11/02 and only got my acceptance last week, you should wait another week to see what's going on? I saw you here often, do you apply a bunch of schools?

Has anyone who has been accepted not received a packet yet? I was accepted over a week ago and have not received anything in the mail yet. Although, I guess I shouldn't be surprised considering the number of administrative mailing mistakes they seem to have made.

Yeah I applied to 25 schools so far I'm in at Iowa, Wisconsin, and Maryland...WL at Fordham and ND
