anyone have info RE RSVP for ASD? Im not going to be able to make the reception on Thursday night, but i can't really find one just for the Friday ASD

Also, RE stipend, if i received the stipend card in my packet, it means that it will be available to me, correct?

Do i need to let L&C know very early that I will be taking advantage of the stipend (assuming the above line is correct)?

Yes, if you got the card that means you got the stipend (at least, that's how I understood it, too).

Also, I think you just need to RSVP by the RSVP deadline-date (I think it was included in the admissions packet, but I don't have mine with me so I'm not sure). Then they e-mail you the reimbursement papers and you have a certain amount of time after ASW to submit the reimbursement request with receipts (I think the deadline for that was April 9, but again I don't have the info with me), then they send you a check.

I was full-time. I probably should have specified. My numbers weren't really up to L&C standards anyways. Don't think I would have gone if I had been accepted, cuz I'm hoping for U of Oregon.

I dont know your numbers(mine are 158, 3.37) but my checker did the same thing. It went to 1/14/10. I got it in the mail today. Small envelope; Rejected.
sorry to hear, looks like I should skip checking the mail tomorrow.

Mine went complete on 1/12. Did any of your status checkers change to 'in review' or 'decision made' before getting a decision? Or did it just stay at 'complete' until you got a decision?

I was admitted on 1/7 and my status checker still says "Application File Complete 12/22"

I got one a few days ago. I'm gonna call back sometime this week once I get my questions gathered.

I got one on Monday, not from a student but from a retired attorney who lives in Portland and was in some way connected to L&C... He was helpful, though I wish I would've taken time to get my questions together, because I wasn't very organized.

Has anyone gotten a recent acceptance from L&C?

I just got a second invitation to meet the Dean, faculty and Bay Area L&C alumni next week here in SF. It's just a few blocks from my office. Anybody planning on going?

I'm planning on going. I'm a little bit nervous about the whole thing, but hopefully I can get some good information.

I got that too. I am a bit nervous as well, but maybe it can help us!

With three of us attending, at least it won't be one-on-one with the Dean. I just hope I don't get drunk, fall down, hang from the rafters, wear a lampshade as a hat and have them revoke my admission.
