Hi,

How long would you say you were "under review" before the status changed to "decision made?"

I've been under review for about a week, and I'm just curious how much longer.

I don't remember when mine said "under review," but I got the status checker email on 11/19 and "decision made" on 12/4. I guess that's about 2 weeks, give or take a few days.

Hey, so I just got my acceptance from Maryland. The envelope says "Congratulations" on the outside, and the letter indicates that more acceptance stuff will be headed my way soon. Also, I am in the DC-Baltimore area, so if you don't get your letter today and you live further away, don't sweat it.

Yay! Congrats!! I didn't receive mine yet, but hopefully tomorrow ...and hopefully these are all acceptances!

I just received my acceptance letter as well, but I too am in Baltimore. The envelope was post stamped for December 8th for those of you further away trying to figure out when you'll receive it.

I also got my letter today. Letter sized envelope, said Congratulations on it. Postmarked 12/8, letter is dated December 7. Yay us!

Did all of your status trackers say DR 12/4? I'm guessing I'm safe in assuming that it is an acceptance?

Mine is DR 12/4, I guess you may be safe to assume it is an acceptance, since no waitlist or reject heard yet.

my roommate tells me i got the "congratulations" envelope today. i'm from the northeast and they mailed it to my current address. people with decisions from 12/4 should be hearing soon if you haven't already.

Just got my acceptance letter! It's the first school that I've heard from, and the fact that I'll be going SOMEWHERE in the fall has me stoked. I didn't get the envelope with the "congratulations" on the outside, so I guess they ran out of those. For a few seconds I was like, "Oh crap, I guess I'm the one guy who gets rejected in December."

Pumped. Now it's time to hear from the rest of my schools, bring it.

Got a larger acceptance package today 12/11 (received the acceptance letter 12/9). Just general school information. Piggy-backing off another post:

Yeah, I haven't heard anything either. I'm glad no one else has, it means that there's still a possibility I'll get some! That would really increase my chances of going to Maryland (on top of already getting in-state tuition).
