My decision was made on 11/23 (a monday) and I received my acceptance packet via USPS Priority Mail 2 days later on 11/25.

Complete 11/19. "Decision Made" 12/15. Now the wait begins I suppose...
Looking at the LSN, it seems likely that its an acceptance, but I can't be sure just yet.

Re: American U
I just sent in my application today (everything except for my updated Dec LSAT score), when would you think I should expect a decision?
Also, my numbers are 3.65/161, any guesses as to my result?

Ya, I think I am just freaking myself out because my numbers are at their median, so I feel like it could really go either way, and this is my first decision, so the anticipation might kill mejmhendri wrote:horriblegb wrote:Decision made today as well, 12/15 went complete on 12/4 so I am guessing they love me or truly hate me haha, any opinions?
American has a really high turn over of applications. They don't mull over very many, most people on LSN who've gotten decisions have had them within a few weeks of submitting apps.

Re: American U
I, too, submitted my application at the beginning of December and I just checked on its status - decision made 12/15/09.
At least we'll know soon...damn they are quick!

American- why are you doing this to me?
*I submitted everything at once through LSAC so I'm not entirely sure why it took nearly a month to go complete...

URM male applicant for WCL:
submitted on 11/17 via LSAC...application complete on 11/23....decision made 12/15
what could this mean? judging by LSN for the past few years, this could be good news! i'm thinking that if i were to be rejected/waitlisted, i wouldnt be notified so close to the holidays and they would probably let me know in january...what do you guys think?

I hope not!! My status stayed the same but the date updated to 12/15. I'd rather they didn't keep me in suspense like that just for a denial!

Just submitted my application. All I can do now is wait and add another law school to my daily application status check.

I got my acceptance today in New York via priority mail. No info on scholarships though, will be hard to think about attending there without one.

They say that don't consider anyone for any need-bassed financial aid until they receive FAFSA and Need Access. At least that's what it says on the financial aid web page.champ33 wrote:I got my acceptance today in New York via priority mail.
