Ugh...I'm still waiting on them. This is getting ridiculous. Hopefully I hear from them soon. It's going to take a lot of $$ to get me back to Jersey from CA, though!

either... they are both ranked higher than my current acceptances.

I would probably prefer Seton Hall- but I would be totally fine going to either! lol

How about you?

I would prefer Seton Hall because its Catholic- I go to a Jesuit University now, and went to Catholic high school near Newark. I really hope this, and my residency, and my other personal attributes will be enough to off set my numbers (3.2/154) which are at/below median. We'll see what happens.

So far I have acceptances with scholarships at Quinnipiac, Widener, Pace, Hofstra, and Ave Maria in FL. I also was waitlisted at Catholic. Still pending at SH, R-N, St. Johns, Brooklyn, NYLS, Charleston, and (!) University of Mississippi... we'll see what happens.
I'm getting nervous though because I have to let the other schools know if I want to attend and want their $$$ by April 15th :( any advice?

well then i'd give it another week or so, i'm just speculating but i'm fairly certain that you'll hear from at least some of those schools before the 15th.

to be both fair and honest i really have no idea, but it definitely sounds like you have great 'softs' for SH. good luck!!!!!! and, worst comes to worst, you're already accepted with $$$ at comparable schools.

When is the seat deposit due? I'm considering visiting this week since I have never visited before, but I'm not ready to send SH the seat deposit.

Are you admitted? It should say in your packet. Mine's due April 15.

Yea I'm admitted but I forgot to bring my packet back to school with me. They're closed on Friday which is when I was going to go so I'm not going to get a chance to visit. Probably going to withdraw.

Any of you going to the ASD tomorrow? I'm driving up and staying at my girlfriend's place about 30 mins from the school this weekend but am not bringing her along since there's no way 6 straight hours of meet-and-greet can be fun. Who wants to get drunk?

I definitely will. I'm down to deciding between here and Rutgers; couldn't make the Rutgers ASD so I'm setting up an independent visit sometime next week hopefully. Will decide as soon as I finish my Rutgers visit.

STILL. HAVEN'T. HEARD.

Complete 1/28. In-state, 3.2UGPA 154LSAT.

I called and spoke to some nice woman who actually took the time to look at my status, and she told me they are waiting for the final adcom member to look at my file and then will render a decision :o

Anyone else still waiting?!

I'm actually still waiting, technically. I emailed someone yesterday because it had been just over six weeks since my app went under review. I got this reply...

"A decision and scholarship award was just mailed to you this week. You should receive it today or tomorrow I am guessing. Let me know if you have further questions!"

I assume this is an acceptance??? Haha, I felt dumb replying and asking that so I just replied with many thanks. I guess I'm too paranoid... why would they send a scholly to someone not accepted??

I actually applied a bit later than you so I am not surprised that I still have not heard anything. I called last week and my application was still being processed even though I sent in everything almost two months ago.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
