SAME
I had nothing under mailings except the part where it said that LSAC mailed my app to UW on 1/15.
Perhaps it's just a different admissions officer having a different style?

Is the acceptance letter from UW in a big envelope or small one?

Hahah I know it's not even possible, but I've checked my mail twice this morning! I live in Spokane, so I will let you guys know if I hear something soon (because of the proximity)

Waitlist is one page. There's no consistency with the mailing dates, so don't let that stress you out. Deposits are due May 1st, so we'll start hearing after that. Good luck you guys!

Anyone else thinking in their head of all the possible reasons why they would accept, waitlist, or deny you? I can think of tons of reasons why they would take me, but yet think of just as many reasons for why they would ding me. YOU ARE TEARING ME APART ADCOMMS!!!

so apparently one kid on LSN called and got their decision over the phone...I'm half tempted half terrified to try this out on the off chance I don't need to put a seat deposit down on another school today...

i think if you have been accepted uw would have made sure you were notified by today. last year's uw thread indicates that some people who were accepted near the april 1st deadline got emails so they would know in time. since i haven't heard anything i'm hoping i'm wrong, but it seems like the rest of us waiting are certain rejections or waitlists.

once again... hopefully i am wrong!

so I grew a pair and callled (lol)...he only told me a decision was made and wouldn't tell me over the phone...i'm gona guess it was a rejection or else i'm sure he woulda been happy to tell me...no harm in tryin tho the guy was really nice about it and we laughed over our long ass last names. maybe u'll have better luck Neelio!

Wow, really? With your numbers? I guess I'm out, as well. Congrats on UC Davis, though!

Dammit. Sorry Neelio, I'm obviously not as upset as you, but I'm pretty upset. Not even sure what to say except UW just made a big mistake.

Owowowowowow my goodness! I am so sorry and shocked! I thought you were going to get in for sure... Admire your guts to call and ask though, I prefer to wait it out and get emotional in the privacy of my own home. If dinged, once I regain my composure I will ask politely if I have to send another Form B if I reapply next year.

I am feeling VERY bearish about my chances now.

Just called. I was rejected. They emailed me my decision after I told them I had a deposit due next week (which is the truth).

This one hurts.

So far it looks as if the adcomms were playing Metallica's "Kill Em All" in their office on these last days.

Wouldn't be surprised if the on hold music is "Another One Bites the Dust."

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
