I think the $19k scholly is the main scholly offer they're handing out.

I got it too - pretty psyched.

I've gotten into better schools, but I have to imagine that QOL at CU is awesome and that it dominates whatever markets it feeds into.
True. I work at a firm in CO, and almost all of the attorneys have CU degrees, and they all state that they prefer CU grads over any other school in hiring decisions.

Got a letter today with what appears to be the standard $19K scholarship offer. It may be small, but I was expecting nothing, so I'm pretty stoked. Colorado is looking better and better.

I'm feelin like Biggie Smalls when he wrote Juicy....

because I just got the 19k scholarship offer from CU!!! Sending in my deposit tomorrow!! I wasn't expecting any scholarship money... this is amazing. I bought a new car on Friday, I got a scholarship offer today, I"m flying to Colorado on Thursday, I'm visiting an English pub in Denver to watch my beloved Liverpool (I've never met another Liverpool supporter!), and Final Fantasy XIII comes out tonight at midnight. My life is amazing.

Just came home, and I got the $50,000 scholarship offer (22,000 1L; 14,000 2L & 3L)! I can't believe it! I was hoping for the $19,000; I didn't think I had a chance at getting this much! I think this means I'll be heading to Boulder this summer!

$50 K scholarship offer today!! (30K 1L, 10K 2L, 10K 3L)...super excited but still waiting to hear about money from some others, mainly BU and BC....trying to go out an visit next week....this is going to be a tough decision, it's far from home, but the scholarship would be tough to turn down. has anyone been out to visit yet? any must-sees for the law school or boulder in general?

Congrats! I am a current 1L and have an open offer for anyone visiting to grab a drink (whether coffee, beer or something else!) and talk about CU Law, Boulder and anything else you may be interested in. If you're interested, PM me and we can figure out the details.

There wasn't last year and if there was, it would likely only be for high scholarship recipients.

Dangs. Congratulations to all the many happy breadwinners.

Me next, CU: L&C gave me $ today. You can really upset the applecart with one of those $19K offers.

Finally. In 168 3.87. Wasn't ED'd back in December with a 160... CU's a very tempting choice.

Anyone going to the accepted student day on Friday?

I feel like it's a pretty good way to start my spring break.

Just got the 11/4/4 scholarship letter. Like others, I didn't expect this at all! Congrats to all other scholarship winners!

Of all the schools to which I've been accepted, CU has been the most generous and friendly with communications and updates.

Absolutely. I will remember that when I make my decision. If the faculty is as open as the admissions office, I look forward to being a student there.

Anyone have any additional information about the accelerated JD program mentioned in the scholarship letter? My googling is leaving me emptyhanded.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
Just kidding ... it's still FREE!
