Thanks! I'm not holding my breath for getting off the waitlist at Illinois or any of my waitlists for that matter at this point though...I'm one of those URM (half Puerto-Rican...however I'm very white with dark features lol), very high GPA/lower LSAT, and I feel like I get lost amongst the higher LSATs/lower GPAs. I'll have to withdraw next week (because of my second deposit and fiancé has to start looking for an actuary job in my area) if there's no movement and will be at Chicago-Kent in the Fall on a decent scholarship so I'm very happy. I feel that it's a solid school, and solid choice. Anyway, congrats again! I'm also looking forward to having an actual change of seasons other than just 100 degree weather all the time. =DJCougar wrote:LOL. Me neither. Got to get out before this place turns into a miserable sauna for 4 months. :D I still will hang on to the Illinois waitlist because they have the potential to offer a better scholarship...but I may just use that as leverage for WUSTL to increase theirs. We will see. I hope you end up getting off!as stars burn wrote:Congrats JCougar on WUSTL! I was rooting for you! :) have fun getting the hell out of Tampa. I know I can't wait.JCougar wrote:Withdrew today, freeing up some scholly money in the process. Wasn't easy, but I think I'm in good hands.

Hello everyone,
I'm a previous poster and rising 2L at kent. Feel free to PM me with any questions you have about the school. I don't have the time to keep an eye on the boards, but I will try to respond to any messages.
Cheers

I'd assume it means exactly what it says - the final decision on your application has been deferred to a later date. Which means they'll make a decision later. If you applied ED, this generally means they've changed you to RD and given themselves a longer timetable for your app.lifeaway1985 wrote:What does "Final Decision Deferred " mean?

When did you go in review? I've been there since 2/28, and that was the second time it happened.lifeaway1985 wrote:What does "Final Decision Deferred " mean?
