Re: McGeorge
I heard back on Saturday. I got in with a 25k/per year scholarship. I have a 3.56/162. Haven't heard back from any of the other schools I applied to, though.

Re: McGeorge
decision rendered from Pacific and from San Fran. Freakin out, especially because I am home for christmas and I bet the letters will go to my apartment at college. My roommate is checking the mail for me though every day. Hope I get some scholarship money to make up for the Cali-conomy.

Just went decision rendered! Which is really quick, considering I got the "Application Complete" email yesterday. A little backed up in administration are we?
Probably a good sign though

Thanks! And yep, I got the 'honors at entrance' letter together with a 12,000 scholly (renewable for each following year). I've got an LSN account with the same name. I've got all my other schools posted there as wellusuaggie wrote:congrats! any scholly offer? where else have you applied?

Edit: those of you who received scholly money care to share your numbers?

Re: McGeorge
I got my acceptance letter with 12 k per year (renewable if I'm in the top 1/3) and books for the first year in the mail today. Considering I applied to the part-time program, that's almost half my tuition.
Definitely puts McGeorge back on the map for me. Plus, the handwritten message on the acceptance letter really did make an impression.

Re: McGeorge
Just got my letter of acceptance! Honors at acceptance, comes with books my first year, paying for me to visit during one of three days to check out the school, and 15,000 a year renewable if I am in the top 1/3. Very tempting. Tuition is already 38,000 though, I am afraid it will keep going up.
Still, McGeorge is pretty far up there for me now. Nice package.
oh yeah, 159/3.3

When did you guys go "Decision Rendered"? My status checker says DR on 12/15, but no letter yet...and I live just 30 miles from the school.

My status shows "DR" since 12/14, but it shows that the decision letter was mailed on 12/17. Since I am on the East Coast, I will probably at least 5 days.

Sacramento is an okay city...nothing spectacular but decent. I've lived here my whole life (a few years in downtown but mostly in the 'burbs). Tahoe is maybe 1.5 hours up the freeway, definitely an easy drive to hit the slopes.howie wrote:whats Sacramento like never been there very curious.. how far away is the the ski region of lake tahoe

Did anyone else get the International Legal Scholar thing? They pay for tuition and board to a European summer program, in addition to annual amount and 1L books. Trying to figure out how rare this is.
I didn't mark IntLaw as an interest, but other parts of my app might have suggested an interest.
