I hope you all get into your other top choices, or if you're sticking it out, end up at UM this summer or next fall. For those headed to ND, enjoy crushing us in football. :D
Yeah... I'm sticking it out. Summer start really appeals to me.

Do former EDers have to do summer start if they get in later through RD?

No, I don't believe so. Summer start is just my preference.

ETA: That said, Michigan offers admission to one or the other regardless of ED status. If you are offered summer start as an RD candidate, there is no guarantee you can switch to fall start.

I think they generally prefer to put non-trads and people with a few years out of UG into summer start preferably.

Aw. :( Sorry to hear that no one got in ED today. Thankfully, this isn't the kiss of death to a Michigan application, so you still stand a good chance in the RD pool (and perhaps even a shot at some money!). Perhaps because the school has been inundated with applications so far this year, they've decided to wait and see how this cycle will play out further?

Nothing is over! Nothing! You just don't turn it off! You asked me, I didn't ask you! And I did what I had to do to win! But Zomebody wouldn't let us win!
