Permission to come on board? I applied in October (to mid-level schools) with no decisions yet... life fail.

My day: wake up, check email for news from any school; go to class; go to the office; check email/law school status checkers for updates every 20 minutes or so for 4 hours; leave; go to class; check mailbox for news; enter apartment and head straight to the computer to once again check email/status checkers; nothing; pity myself; eat chocolate and watch south park; sleep; repeat.

No acceptances yet here and I had all my apps complete by OCTOBER 19th...gotta love being a splitter.

I did, however, get the ding from GULC yesterday, so I guess that just makes my predicament even more miserable

Hello everyone. Been complete at all schools since a month ago. Applied early but pushed to the back of the bus in favor of applicants who will be accepted but never attend.

i've applied since 11/17 and have yet to have heard anything...no acceptances, waitlists or @&#^!%!$!

i guess no news is better than bad news....for now, at least

I remain hopeful, but it is a little discouraging to come here every day and see posters with similar numbers getting huge scholarships to schools that I would love to attend, and then tell everyone they're not sure if they would ever want to go there...all while I sit here patiently wondering "why not me?"

I would go back and re-read my applications to see why they hate me, but my co-Jackalope has taken them from me, since I'm borderline neurotic about it.

OH! But at least I can say that I was also dinged within two weeks at a school to which my numbers should have been at least competitive. So I have that going for me, which is nice.

So far, I would rate my admissions cycle as strong, to quite strong.

PS-Me and my roommate (who is applying to vet school this year) have started a rejection/waitlist door. There are three letters up right now, soon to be 5. Gotta love it!

I did, however, get the ding from GULC yesterday, so I guess that just makes my predicament even more miserable

I am with this guy minus the GULC ding.... All I want for Christmas is acceptance to a safety.
