given all the recent movement everybody has seen lately, would it be safe to say that I got rejected seeing that I have been complete since 1/19 and my status checker has not updated anything ? =/

my status checker went blank too... not sure when it went blank, this is the first time i checked in about a week or so.

It showed "decision rendered" and then that status just disappeared altogether? Mine status has stayed the same - no blanking out. I wonder if its just a random glitch or is there really a trend with those who had blank status' and those who didn't.

hmm i'm not sure if it ever said decision rendered..

i hate calling the usd admissions office, they always seem irritated! but i guess i'll call anyway to see what's up with this blank status checker thing.

they said something about their server acting up, it should be fixed soon & to check back in a day or two and the status should be back up on there

I hate to be the defeatist here, but I think we're fraked. When I had gone to look at the school a few weeks ago and had a chance to speak with one of the counselors he had told me they wanted to get most of the decisions out by the 15th deadline. I think this translates into a ton of rejections this week.

Frankly, at this point i don't even care if i get a rejection, i just want an answer. I wasn't expecting an acceptance but i would just like to know! ugh california and texas schools

This seems to translate as us being the bunch that doesn't matter much considering the April 15th deadline is 2 days away!

The rankings aren't even out...and 5 spots means nothing, esp. since its still solidly locked into the Tier-2.

I just checked my status checker: "Decision Rendered" "4/12/10." When I checked yesterday morning it still said "File Complete," so I called them to check on their progress. I hope they didn't have caller ID and just reject me because I was growing impatient.

Seriously, what a downer haha. It's kind of cool because it makes USD a tie break away from official Tier 1 status.

Well almost a tie break away hah. But it's still significant because I believe it's the highest it's ever been ranked, and it jumped a couple Texas schools I'm considering . USD on the rise...

Okay, so mine went from changing to 4/9/2010 to blank to 4/13/2010.

What is going on...I just want a freaking decision already!


EDIT: WTF, now it changed BACK to my ORIGINAL DATE of 11/2/2009.

well i guess its safe to say we're rejections or acceptances then (although we already kinda knew this). if anyone lives in southern california they may get the "letter" a few of us have been waiting for. i need to know!
