I wouldn't go that far. I was complete on 11/6 and only went Decision Mailed on 12/8.lifeaway1985 wrote:My application is complete 11/20 and no decision is mailed yet. Does this mean that I may be waitlisted or rejected?

I've been complete since 10/30.forza wrote:I wouldn't go that far. I was complete on 11/6 and only went Decision Mailed on 12/8.lifeaway1985 wrote:My application is complete 11/20 and no decision is mailed yet. Does this mean that I may be waitlisted or rejected?

I think someone else on this thread went complete in Sept. and still hasn't heard anything. That is rough.

Hmm... I don't know whether or not I should feel sorry for you. You're in at Texas (a peer to Vandy) with good cash and residency.JordynAsh wrote:Complete 9/17. /self.wired wrote:

Thx for your understanding. I just want to know! I thought that was a benefit of applying early.wired wrote:Hmm... I don't know whether or not I should feel sorry for you. You're in at Texas (a peer to Vandy) with good cash and residency.JordynAsh wrote:Complete 9/17. /self.wired wrote:

You know, having someone at complete for so long is inhumane, regardless of whether or not they have a great offer elsewhere. My condolences.
That's what someone else in this thread mentioned, but if I am doing my math right, today is 12 weeks exactly from 9/17 and 9 weeks from 10/8. So JordynAsh and I will be testifying on the Congressional hearings about Vandy's maltreatment of TLS, non-auto admit, applicants.robin600 wrote:Doesn't Vandy have a strict turnaround time policy? Really, anytime I think I have it bad not hearing back from Vandy, WUSTL, or Cornell.... I am just going to think of all the people on here who have it way worse than me.hiro86 wrote:Anyone with a 176+/decent GPA who applied early in the cycle still waiting to hear back from Vandy? This is pretty damn annoying... unless they are trying to figure out how they are going to afford the massive scholarship they are planning for me.
I second your motion. (Not really, Vandy!) I should probably write them a song too, so I think I'll go with something holiday themed.wired wrote:That's what someone else in this thread mentioned, but if I am doing my math right, today is 12 weeks exactly from 9/17 and 9 weeks from 10/8. (Vandy, if you are reading this... I kid! I love you. I would never write a letter to my Congressperson to initiate hearings against you! A song for you!
Well I sent, went complete without hearing
I still want you anyway, oh Vandy!
well you left me and stopped me from cheering,
I need you today, oh Vandy!)

How I enjoyed your viewbook.
O, Vanderbilt, O Vanderbilt!
Won't you please give my app a look?
Not only did I interview
I bought a new suit for it, too.
O, Vanderbilt, O, Vanderbilt!
Mail my decision soon, love, JordynAsh.

Yeah, when I called last week or so that's what the lady told me. You can be sure that I'll be calling again right before Xmas if I don't have a decision. It'll only have been about 7 and a half weeks but no way I'm waiting until after New Years to voice my frustration.robin600 wrote:Doesn't Vandy have a strict turnaround time policy?
