She's not on the faculty, but Pee Wee Herman's (Paul Reubens') sister, Abby, is an adjunct professor at VULS.
"Rubenfeld has been described by The Tennessean as "an attorney, mother, lesbian and board member of the American Civil Liberties Union of Tennessee." She is also an adjunct professor at Vanderbilt University Law School and former chair of the Individual Rights and Responsibilities section of the American Bar Association and of the National Lesbian and Gay Law Association.
Rubenfeld has garnered significant opposition to her advocacy of rights for LGBT rights. She serves on the board of directors of the Human Rights Campaign, and previously was an attorney and Legal Director of Lambda Legal Defense and Education Fund, Inc."
Why wasn't this mentioned in the Vanderbilt viewbook? Any connection I may be able to make to Pee Wee is a HUGE selling point.
