Yes, but blatant T17 trolling.

Gen. Robert E. Lee College of Lawl?

Jefferson Davis School of Nursing, TV/VCR Repair, and Paralegal Studies?

Just throwing some ideas out there haha.
I like those.

Anybody who went to ASW last weekend or current students take cabs around the city or know how much they tend to cost to and from the airport? I'm trying to decide if it would be more cost efficient to rent a car for the day (I'm flying in and out on the same day) or take cabs.

So, if my status check says Decision Mailed 3/31, and I haven't gotten an e-mail, does that mean that I'm a waitlist/reject?

If I'm not mistaken, cabs are $25 flat rate from the airport. There's also a shuttle from the Lowe's that's a few bucks cheaper, but I'm not sure what it's timing is.

All decisions are snail mail at vandy. if youre an admit, the package may get there sooner than regular mail

I drove AS to the airport. Ask your person if they can give a ride either way.

Actually, it seems like they have switched this up since it is so late in the cycle. I was notified of my acceptance yesterday via email. The email said that my acceptance package is in the mail. Status checker didn't change till today and now says DM 3/31.

JUST GOT THE GOOD NEWS!!

Received an acceptance email in the mail just yesterday after being complete since 1/14, and will definitely attend the April 9th ASW event.

I haven't been this stoked since Obama was elected.

I'm a 164/3.8 Latino (non Mexican, non Puerto Rican)

I had about a year of work experience out of undergrad and did NOT interview because I applied rather late.

Hope that helps.

No go with the Vandy scholarship negotiation. Oh well, worth a shot.

Shit I just got into Texas. This decision isn't as easy as I thought it was gonna be. Still leaning Vandy because I want to practice probably in ATL, but damnit.

Same. No harm in asking though!

I'm trying to decide too! I was just accepted to UT 2 or 3 weeks ago and the more I learn about the school, the more I like. Austin sounds amazing. I'm trying for their scholarship matching program, but I haven't heard anything yet...

Me too. Can I assume this is a rejection, since I have not received an e-mail from them?

Apparently Vandy = tree killers. They do everything via paper, from what I understand.

Well, at least you gave it a shot, Cardinal. But did they say that they don't negotiate period? I was gonna try to give it a go myself, but won't if they don't negotiate at all.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?
